Nadam se da nemate nista protiv da prestavim Yugica medju vasim Alfama  :arflag: Ako nista, barem ima felne sa nje i mnogo zajednickih delova kroz Fiat/Lancija grupaciju ;)

U pitanju je Yugo 1.1EFI, 2002 godiste sa nekim modifikacijama koje su vecinom odradjene od strane mene, kupljen polovan 2007 godine sa nekih 50.000km.

Performanse (procenjene):
0-100: <11.5s
Max: 160>km/h
KS/rpm: ~75/5800
Nm/gpm: ~90/3500
Max rpm: 7500

Maksimalne brzine po stepenima prenosa za maksimalno ubrzanje:
1. 42km/h pri 7000 obrtaja
2. 74km/h pri 6750 obrtaja
3. 110km/h pri 6600 obrtaja
4. 148km/h pri 6350 obrtaja
5. ~160km/h pri 5700 obrtaja - maksimalna brzina



Motor:
Izbacen katalizator, dvocevka od Z101, podignuta kompresija na ~10:1, kuciste za sportski filter, modifikovan leptir, cip tuning, podignut pritisak goriva sa 3 na 3.6bara. Trenutno u fazi ugradnje leptira od 51mm precnika (fabricki 45).

U planu oil catch can i jednom kada se malo poboljsa finansijska situacija N2O sa +30ks, mozda ITB koji sam zapoceo pa batalio.

Menjac:
13/53 sa 5 brzina, sinter sa tri kraka, skracen hod palice menjaca za 5cm i gearfix... Sve cetiri Wurth univerzalne manzetne.

U planu umesto 180mm kvacila ugradnja 215mm kvacila sa sinter lamelom sa 5-6 krakova.

Trapovi:

Bilstein sportski, kratki gasni amortizeri (sva cetiri), ojacane solje amortizera, opruge od 50kg napred, peglan gibanj sa 4 lista pozadi, zadnja b. stangla, Floridina ramena, teflonske caure u ramenima i teflonski nosaci prednje b. stangle, dupla prednja balans stangla, auto spusten 10cm napred i 7cm pozadi. Koska napred i donje ojacanje grede, ojacane viljuske. Nagib tockova: 2.85 stepena minus napred i 2.4 stepena nazad, 7cm siri trag tockova napred i 5cm siri trag tockova nazad.

U planu teflonske caure za viljuske

Kocnice:
257mm ventilirajuci disk napred, plocice FERODO DS2500. Veci glavni kocioni.

U planu disk kocnice pozadi 227mm, pancirna kociona creva na sva 4 tocka.

Felne/gume:
6j, 15", ET37, 20mm distancer napred, 20mm distancer nazad, 175/55 gume.

U planu druge felne, 7j, 15", ET13 sa najverovatnije 195/45 gumama (voleo bih Continental SportContact 2) ili 205/45 (mozda Toyo Proxes T1-R). I stavljanje brezona i laganih distancera od 15mm tako da cemo prosiriti Yuga za dodatnih 80mm.

Ojacanja karoserije:

Koska napred, sanke, gredofix, frontfix ceka ugradnju.

U planu jos kompletno varenje cele karoserije sa ojacanjima nekih kriticnih delova.

Vizuelne modifikacije:
Modifikovani branici, pragovi, pojasevi sa 4 tacke kacenja, volan, rucica menjaca od Pezoa 306, GSI digitalna tabla, felne sa Alfe 145... Neke konretne planove jos nemam i trenutno vizuelno stanje je prilicno lose ali ne planiram da ga lickam dok ne zavrsim mehanicke prepravke. Ima jos alarm, CB i elektricni podizaci cekaju na ugradnju.

Auto nije radjen da bude nesto ekstra brz, pravljen je da bude meni zanimljiv autic za voznju, nesto tipa gradski karting  ;)

kad si već toliko uložio u yuga ubaci mu sedišta iz alfe 145 ili 147 da bude sportski,ova sedišta su mu bez veze,a iz alfe su makar jeftina.(70-100e) komplet

samo napred sa slikma. :arflag:

Ovo su najbolja fabricka sedista iz Zastave, a mozda i subjektivno zvuci, ali meni i jedna od najboljih od vozila gde sam sedeo :D Slika slabo docara to, ali sedista su dosta "duboka", barem sitnije osobe upadnu i drze vrlo dobro bocno. Dok u mnogim autima gde sam sedeo kao i kadicama, su sire za oko 3-5cm i nemam dobru bocnu podrsku i klizam tamo vamo i zato ne planiram da ih menjam sem u slucaju da uspem sebi da priustim Cabrio, onda u njega idu ova sedista a tu idu kadice, rol bar, 1.6 16v ili 1.4T motor i slicno, ali pusti snovi ;)

Odličan jugić  ^-^ :bravoo:
Inače jugo ima još toga zajedničkog sa Alfom, a to je da ga je dizajnirao Giugiaro kao i mnogobrojne Alfine modele... Između ostalih i 156 face lift...

Nema veze sa temom ali Giugiaro je dizajnirao i nove beogradske tramvaje CAF (popularne Å pance).

Stigle neke sitnice za Yugica. Vodonepropusni konektori, kuka za slepanje, otvori ventilacije za roof scoop i plasticni rubovi koje treba prosiriti jos nekih 30ak milimetara:

Uporedno stanje trenutnog stanja branika i prethodnog, koji je i dalje 0.5kg tezi iako dobar deo fali i sina je jedva funkcionalna:

Naravno prosli su meseci otkad nisam posvetio paznju tuningu pa je najnovija ideja izrada accusump sistema:

Sistem je nesto na nivou poor man dry sump, odnosno sluzi da odrzi konstantan pritisak i dotok ulja u motoru cak i uslovima kada standardna mehanicka pumpa nije u mogucnosti da usisa ulje iz kartera usled recimo prolaska kroz krivinu ili pri snaznom kocenju. Takodje jos jedna prednost sistema je da postoji opcija podmazivanja motora pod pritiskom pre nego sto se startuje i na taj nacin izbegne "suv" start motora ukoliko stoji duzi period. Ali videcemo jos sta cu po pitanju toga, pre svega zbog finansija.

Posto moje igranje oko geometrije i sirenja trapa ima nekih manjih negativnih posledica po visinu auta, da bih to korigovao, napravio sam distancere pod solju:

Posto sam se 5 godina mucio sa alternatorima, odlucio sam da mi je zaista dosad jer je vec postalo komicno i kupio sam nov od 65A, puni 14.65v. Istorija:

-Pre 5 godina prestane da puni Magneton 65A, svi simptomi su bili kao da je crkao regler
-Zamenjen regler, problem nije resen jer se ispostavilo da je kolektor potrosen
-Kupljen Iskra 65A alternator, u "super" stanju, ispitivanje na stolu kad ono nesto skripuce, zalutali sraf u njemu.
-Pri rastavljanja utvrdjeno da je kolektor isto potrosen skroz i da regler nije original
-Kupljen originalni regler i zamenjen kolektor i lezajevi
-Razlemi se kolektor i pokida namotaj na rotoru
-Premotan rotor, nece da puni propisano
-Kupljen nov rotor, montiran
-Magneton alternator drzan duze vreme u rezervi, na kraju kompletno repariran i za male pare prodat
-Nedugo nakon toga ispostavi se da je nov rotor u Iskri bio duzi 2-3mm duzi od starog, iako knap staje u kuciste alternatora, najverovatnije se na stazi rotor zagrejao do te mere da se izduzi i pukne kuciste alternatora
-Kupljen drugi Iskra 65A alternator u takodje "super" stanju, testiran. Kad ono isto tako potrosen kolektor, potrosene cetkice, stator u prekidu
-Od dve Iskre sklopljena jedna, posto je prva bila ST, druga NT razlikovale su se dimenzije lezajeve pa su lezajevi ponovo zamenjeni.
-Rotor druge Iskre odnet na zamenu kolektora, kako bi se izbeglo opet da se odlemi zica. Dodje do nesporazuma i novi kolektor ispadne po ceni skoro ko dva nova rotora.
-Razlemi se stator, ponovo zalemljen
-Nedavno ponovo prestane da puni, iz nekog razloga rotor kaci o stator i nema punjenja
-Kupljen novi Mahle, odnosno Letrika tj nekadasnja Iskra.
-Montiran nov alternator kad se odvoji stopica glavnog voda do alternatora, zamenjene stopice na obe zice, zalemljene i izolovane.

Takodje testiran sper, ima manje progresivno dejstvo, blokada je od 95 do 120Nm. Nemam nikakvu korisnu sliku za to, verovatno bih trebao slikati neke dve strafte na putu :D

Moj je imao fabricki, na onom spojleru na gepeku sto ima Yugo IN, ali taj spojler je totalno neprakticno izveden pa sam ga davno skinuo, hteo sam jos pre par godina ovako nesto uraditi ali nikad nisam znao kako da modifikujem prethodni branik da ugradim maglenku. Greota ne napraviti kad postoje fabricke instalacije i za maglenku i za svetlo, trebalo je samo izvuci iz vrata i provuci u gepek. Mislim da ima malo i neki racing smek.

Nastavljeni radovi, nije puno uradjeno zbog mog zdravstvenog stanja, ali moramo ubrzati radove narednih nedelja.

Prvo, struja je pocela ozbiljno da se svadja sa mnom, posto sam izbacio fabricki spojler sa stop svetlom, odlucio sam jai sti vec pokazuje postavljen snimak, da montiram trece stop svetlo u kombinaciji zajedno sa maglenkom. Naravno to nije moglo da prodje lagano, jer ja uvek imam srecu da sve odjednom ne radi, prvo zadnja maglenka nije imala dobar kontakt kod sijalice, pa onda u grlu, pa u fabrickom konektoru u gepeku i na kraju ni prekidac u kabini nije imao dobar kontakt xD Ali napravljeno da radi, postavljen konektor da moze da se ugasi trece stop svetlo ako bude problema na tehnickom, maglenka montirana privremeno ispod branika:

Prethodna dva meseca su propracena raznim sitnim kvarovima, pa nije mnogo uradjeno na autu.

Prvo je pocelo sa curenjem univerzalnog regulatora, propao manometar, pa sam naknadno ustanovio i da curi na spoju kucista, tako da je demontiran zajedno sa vecim leptirom:

Takodje mi crkla i lemlica pa nisam mogao da varim branik, napredak nije nesto velik, kao sto sam vec slao sliku, prepradjena je donja ivica branika gde ce doci difuzor i bocni delovi su produzeni da prati liniju prednjeg branika, plus je popunjen kanal na gornjem delu branika gde je fabricki siv deo, posto ce branik biti ceo u jednoj boji:

I za kraj, ekscentricni srafovi mi ne daju dovoljni opseg podesavanja nagiba za buduci plan prosirivanja trapa na max sirinu plus posto cesto cackam oko trapa, stelovanje ekscentricnih srafova je nepotrebna komplikacija, pa resio sam da napravim caure sa ekscentrom, jedino trebam fabricke rupe na amortizerima mogu da razbusim sa M10 na M14. Caure imaju ekscentar od 1.5 i 1.8mm, sto je moguce nastelovati sa srafovima, ali kad budem povecavao fabricke rupe, njih cu isto ekscentricno da razbusim na amortizeru pa ce to dati dodatno smanjenje nagiba tocka:

Cesto ja imam takve gluposti da mi se desavaju, ono sto svi imaju problem ja nemam, ali ono sto drugi ne znaju ni da postoji, ja imam problem  >:(

Sam sam pravio pneumatski cilindar, moglo bi to puno bolje da se napravi kad bih imao gewinde, jer ovako ima puno ogranicenja u funkcionisanju ali puno pomaze kada je izbor da li mozes prodjes negde ili ne :D Takodje ovako imam zakonskih 100mm od kolovoza :D

Napravljene nove matice za glavcine, alu poklopci za glavcinu (trenutno samo za zadnje tockove) koji ce omoguciti laksu montazu tockova i lako dodavanje distancera bez potrebe za centriranje felne, nove zadnje plocice Ferodo, umesto FSL, sad je FDB model, posto su se prethodne pregrevale, takodje napravljeni od plastike okvir za maglenke i deo za mrezicu sto je iznad vec prikazano:

I sitnica kao sto je vulkanizer, mada reglazu vec radim sam :D Necu u drugu boju jer su retki Yugici u ovoj boji posto je to fabricka, a i zgodno zvuci pedersko ofarbani jugo :D Jedino ce biti malo promenjena nijansa, imace nesto vise bordo i manje ljubicaste.

Ne mogu bas da tvrdim da sam nesto izmislio jer sve sto je na autu postoji u nekom obliku na drugim autima, ali su sve stvari moj dizajn i za neke nisam ni znao u trenutku kad sam ih izradio, nisu kopija tudjih radova sem nosaca prednje b. stangle, to je bilo prvo sto sam izradio za auto i onda sam shvatio da trebam samostalno da radim :D Pa su i oni naknadno modifikovani :D

Pa ja se nadam da hoce, jel zali vremena i novca sto sam bacio na prepravke koje sam uradio poslednjih meseci. Trebalo bi ove nedelje da bude sve gotovo za tehnicki, ali razmisljam se da sacekam sa tehnicim tu pred kraj meseca, posto ako cu svake godine morati rasklapati auto za tehnicki, bilo bi super da mogu oprati auto kad je rastavljen da sperem eventualnu so, blato i rizlu...

Izvadjena GSI tabla i stavljena ST tabla. Preradjena cela instalacija na univerzalne konektore kako bi to bilo sto lakse uraditi, provucena sajla brzinomera i ubacen AF metar u GSI tablu posto i on mora napolje iz auta kad se stavlja ST tabla:

U fazi testiranja verzija 2 airlifta. Karakteristike bi trebale da budu, podizanje auta do 30mm, mogucnost stelovanja visine auta do +20mm (solje imaju navoj kao gewinde), omogucavaju 5mm vise hoda amortizeru u najnizem polozaju (nije nesto kriticno ali kad je ceo hod 20mm onda je 5 mnogo), mogucnost voznje i u dignutom rezimu, ne samo za potrebe prelaska preko lezeceg/bankine, veca odbojna guma sto bi trebalo da umanji udar na karoseriju u slucaju da se zvekne u neki krater na putu (plus vec pomenutih 5mm dodatnog hoda amortizera), drugacije sprovedeno crevo koje bi trebalo da smanji sanse da se probusi i robusnija izrada sa debljim O ringovima:

Skinut stari airlift i distancer (8mm) na solji, namontiran novi airlift i podignut auto 10mm preko navoja na solji. Ujedno smo ustedili nekih 250g po strani, odnosno nova airlift solja je 330g teza od standardne:

Namontirani osiguraci haube, postavljene plocice sa navojem cija pozicija moze da se steluje kako bi se namestili osiguraci na odgovarajuce mesto, ovo ce omoguciti laku demontazu i ponovnu montazu osiguraca kad zatreba:

Nazalost necu dolaziti, bilo je nesto u planu 23ceg juna da dodjem na Miseluk ali verovatno cu ici u Kulu, Miseluk mozda krajem godine kada se ceo auto izvari i ofarba ;)

Pa trenutno kako stoji je da nemamo strucnjake koji mogu da atestiraju toliki broj modifikacija...
